India’s Merchandise Exports Jump 26% in August

India’s merchandise exports rose 26.12% year-on-year to $43.81 billion in August, the strongest increase since June 2022. Electronics shipments surged nearly 90%, engineering goods grew approximately 25% and exports to China rose 52.35%.
