Royal Thai Armed Forces rehearses 2nd marching before December 3rd

The Royal Thai Armed Forces has recently held a rehearsal for the marching parade in honor of His Majesty the King’s 88 birthday anniversary on December 5.
Supreme Commander of the Royal Thai Armed Forces General Sommai Kaokeera presided over the second rehearsal which took place at Sanam Luang. More than 2,000 soldiers from three armed forces joined the practice event.
The parade was led by mounted cavalry from the King’s Guard, 2nd Cavalry Division. Soldiers had marched from the Territorial Defense Command Headquarters to Sanam Luang during the rehearsal.
The Supreme Commander later presented a traditional Thai tray with flower decorations to the image of His Majesty the King before taking an oath. Roads around Sanam Luang will be closed to traffic on December 3 when the actual military procession takes place.
