Support and best wishes have continued to pour in from across the world for Chiang Rai’s Moo Pa Academy youth football team, whose members are being extracted from Tham Luang Cave after being trapped inside for more than 15 days.

Thai Ambassador to Buenos Aires in Argentina, HE Narisroj Fuangrabil posted a video clip to his Facebook page of famed Argentinian football star Lionel Messi offering support to the Tham Luang Cave 13, saying in Spanish “Juntos Es Possible”, which translates as “together it’s possible”.

Similarly, Egyptian mid-fielder Mohamed Elneny posted a message to his Twitter account that translates as “May Allah save the children and make their rescue a success. We are waiting for you with love and hope”.

The Royal Thai Consulate-General in Hong Kong’s webpage meanwhile relayed messages of hope to the boy’s football team from Hong Kong celebrities Simon Yam, Michelle Yim and Roger Wu. The two latter stars posted a video clip to the site praying for the safety and success of all involved in the rescue mission.

Elsewhere, rock star and former member of Oasis, Liam Gallagher, responded to a question via Twitter from Thai user Karnbodi Ngamjit asking what he wished to say to the Tham Luang Cave 13, with a lyric from his song “Stop Crying Your Heart Out” off of the album Heathen Chemistry, posting “Hold up, Hold on, don’t be scared”.
