PM, Chalerm vow to end verbal war with media
Interior Minister Chalerm Yubamrung believes Prime Minister Samak Sundaravej's promise to stop criticising the media should improve the political atmosphere and added that he too would do the same.

He then laughed off a prediction made by a well-known soothsayer that there would soon be political turmoil and army chief Gen Anupong Paojinda would become the next prime minister.
"I've never believed in what soothsayers have to say. Whatever is being said about the country's next leader could be reinterpreted over and over again," he said. http://www.bangkokpost.com/breaking_news/breakingnews.php?id=126931
