Sky high Sukhothai Residence
The Bangkok skyline is packed with living spaces that offer comfort and spectacular views, but finding something unique in the capital’s high-rise accommodation market can be quite difficult.
HKR International Ltd, a Hong Kong listed real estate developer and operator of the internationally acclaimed Sukhothai Hotel, recently embarked on the development of a modern, sophisticated and altogether unique project. The Sukhothai Residence involves no less than 187 units, with sizes ranging fro 100-1,200 square metres, as well as 9 unique penthouse properties. The largest of these penthouses, the “Sky Villa”, will boats its own 18-metre swimming pool and patio garden, with interior designs described as “truly exceptional”. So exceptional in fact, that the company expects unprecedented bids for the villa, setting a new benchmark in the Bangkok penthouse market. The 41 floors of the Sukhothai Residence will include some of the most modern and aesthetically pleasing facilities in Bangkok. These include a 50-metre swimming pool and floating pavilion, housing a juice bar, gym, yoga and aerobics studio, steam and sauna. While other attractions include a full concierge service, children’s playroom, landscaped gardens, tennis courts and basement car parking, as well as a full suite of management services.
“We aim to provide a dream home for the discerning few who value luxury living and appreciate the Sukhothai culture, “ said Mr. Cha, Director of HKR Asia Pacific. “Bringing together our extensive experience in developing luxurious residences and our excellent spirit and services, The Sukhothai Residences are poised to become the most exclusive, ultra-premium condominium project in Bangkok. We are confident that this very stylish project will be well-received and bring new vision to the Thai property market.” Construction for the project is set to commence at the end of the year and the development expected to be complete by 2011. http://www.property-report.com/aprarchives.php?id=957&date=261107
