Thai projects on world stage

In recent months, a number of Thai projects and firms have either been nominated for awards or won accolades from organizations located in various parts of the world. In fact, the past few years have seen more and more Thai based companies being recognized for their success and professionalism, and the Thai property sector has become increasingly known on the world stage.

Athenee Residence (TCC Capital Land) is nominated for Residential Development award at MIPIM Asia awards 2007. MIPIM awards are particularly significant as the nominees are chosen from countries as varied as Thailand, Sri Lanka, China, Japan and Singapore, with the 21 nominees all flagship projects in the countries represented. "The number, quality and diversity of submissions underlines the dynamism of the Asia Pacific property sector," says Gilles Saint Georges Chaumet, Director of MIPIM Asia. "As well as the importance of MIPIM Asia as a showcase for the region´s top projects.”
