SHIRTY AMY'S BUST-UP

AMY Winehouse stunned her fans when she threw a massive strop in an airport yesterday.

Her face contorted with anger, she let fly at her beefy security guard, shrieking: "What the f*** is this airport all about!"
His crime - allowing fans to get too close to the jumpy jazz pixie who clearly wanted her own space. One onlooker said: "Amy went completely nuts.

"It was so unnecessary. She was snarling like a mad dog. I thought she was going to rip someone's head off."
The drama happened as the 24-year-old singer's delayed flight from London City Airport touched down in Glasgow where she performed last night and is due on stage again tonight. Anti-drugs campaigner John Plott, well known in Scotland, approached the moody star in a walkway.

He wasn't even planning to mention her own well-publicised drug problems, a pal said last night.

Stabbed

He only asked her to sign a football shirt bearing the name of a player stabbed to death in the street.
A-list celebs from all over the world - like Pele, Sir Bob Geldof, Maradona and Sir Alex Ferguson - have all signed the blue-striped jerseys.

But the beehived star didn't hang around for an explanation - she freaked out so much her hairdo began to unravel, onlookers said. Airports seem to be a favourite place for stars to lose the plot. Sir Elton John, 59, yelled "Rude vile pigs! Pigs! Pigs!" at snappers at Taiwan airport in 2004, while Björk thumped a TV reporter at Bangkok.

Amy has had a busy week, visiting on-remand husband Blake Fielder Civil, 25, at London's Pentonville Prison AND kicking off her UK tour.

And the Back to Black singer also has a cross-dressing stalker. The tattooed transvestite, vowed to follow her everywhere on tour to "take care of her".

He sparked a security scare on her first night at Birmingham's National Indoor Arena. As heavies evicted him  he yelled: "I can take care of her now that Blake isn't around. I love her."
