Army officials deny military-backed election poll
(BangkokPost.com) – Gen Pallop Pinmanee, special adviser to the Internal Security Operations Command (Isoc) has rejected claims that an Isoc poll was being conducted to gauge the results from the upcoming election.
“Isoc certainly has no plans to conduct such polls,” he insisted. Council for National Security (CNS) spokesman, Gen Sansern Kaewkamnerd backed the claim by stating that the military had no plans to hold election polls.
