Their Majesties arrive at Royal Plaza
Their Majesties the King and Queen arrived at the Royal Plaza at 10:11 am. Their Majesties the King and Queen greeted the crowds from the balcony of the Ananta Samakhom Throne Hall at about 11 am. About 300,000 people dressed in yellow gathered at the Royal Plaza to pay tribute to His Majesty the King. They came from various provinces and Bangkok since Thursday evening to wait for the rare chance to wish His Majesty well. People were seen spilled over to the Pan Fah Bridge and were waving small flags to honour His Majesty while waiting.
