BANGKOK -(Dow Jones)- Thailand's Metrostar Property PCL has priced its initial public offering shares at THB7 each in a bid to raise THB525 million later this month, a financial adviser to the deal said Friday.

"The subscription period will be Oct. 13, 14 and 17 and the stock will likely be listed on the bourse on Oct. 26," said an investment banker at Thanachart Securities.

Under the IPO plan, the company will sell 75 million new shares, or 33% of its total registered capital, to the public.
