Currently we are looking for experienced IT Recruiters to join our team.
Responsibilities:
* Understand the technical and functional staffing needs of the client and create effective and efficient searches to get the most qualified candidate.
* Be familiar with the talent market place, research and understand the industry, develop and create compelling sourcing strategies.
* Be focused on sourcing the most qualified candidate through effective usage of all possible sources including employee referrals and provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool to hiring managers.
* Screen candidates for basic requirements, evaluate basic skill level, Schedule interviews and manage offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and offer acceptance.
* Compile, update and present reports for job openings, hires and post-hire summaries for hiring managers and staffing leads.
* Provide great candidate experience by effectively interacting with them and updating them status in the shortest possible time.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* At least 2 years of proven IT recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
* Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships.
