Suthep: Weapons stolen for sale

Deputy Prime Minister Suthep Thaugsuban said he believes the people who stole 32 rocket-propelled grenades and other ammunition from an arms depot in Lop Buri planned to sell them. He said security personnel guarding the arms depot are the suspects inthe case.
He refused to speculate whether the missing weapons would be used to cause unrest, saying that he would rather wait for an investigation before answering the question.
However,  he did believe the thieves aimed to make money out of it.
The army is conducting an investigation, he said, and he had assigned police to help with the inquiry.
